Wow! Everyone (with a kid) should click thru on the IRS study data link. It shows a live map that can be filtered to see outcomes for your kid given your economic condition.

I notice, looking at the map, the warmer it is outside, the worse the kids do. .... interesting.

I agree this is not a factor very high on our radar.
