What a really nice story! A great grounded story, thanks! Don't be jealous of cradle Catholics, nearly all of us don't appreciate what we have, but you do. There are many flaws to the church, (which are often gleefully enumerated on Medium) but you do a very good job of capturing a slice of its good side. Thanks!
