I sympathasize with your aim and approach. Still I think you will find that the folks who believe covid is part of a deep state attempt at control, will have arguments and facts to back them up. (I AM DEFINITELY NOT A PROPONENT!)

Still my point is, I don't it is at all easy to decide which claim do not have sufficient basis to be called an argument. So I don't know how to make your system work since one can generate arguments that are structurally valid and built from some facts that are verifiable even for the most absurd conclusions.
