Makes me wonder about the logic of corp taxes. Wonder what would happen if we shifted all to a consumption tax. that would be flat, so we would need to provide rebates on a progressive basis to "unflatten" but it seems most honest... if the wealthy get rich and just reinvenst in the markets those dollars will just provide cheaper loans for production for the masses. it is when they buy stadium sized yahts that wealth is truly lost for the rest.

what happens if we tax that?
