This is a great bit of analysis! I really wanted to understand if there is a partisan bias in this data. e.g. are Democrats or Republicans voting more in a block. Also it would be interesting to see binning of the data. e.g. for the individuals are they shifting uniformly, or are there groups that are driving this behavior.
