There are two levels of opinion being censored here:
(1) The comedian whose act is being censored by those leaving Netflix
(2) The employee who thinks the comedian SHOULD be censored.
I agree the author probably does not like woke politics. Still this same author likely would also favor a Chick-a-flick stated policty that their company is a Christian company with Christian values, and if that does not suit you, perhaps the company is not for you.
At least I can speak for myself: I think companies should be upfront about their values, and employees can choose accordingly. I would support this for companies whose values were strongly opposed to my personal values.
I rail against the oppression of homogenization. We have different opinions and will flourish in different contexts. No authority from the left or right, should dictate in this area.
