The responses here are largely unhelpful. They mostly blame "the other side" which is what is getting us here.

We need to reaffirm what is great about America, and reaffirm our willingness to follow the rule of law wherever it leads. Once you stop listenening to the umpire you are no longer playing sports, but rather engaging in war.

We CAN agree as a nation to follow the rules... change them when they are broken, but follow them as written on each election.

This is a message that could unite the parties.
