The F-22 is already far beyond what any other nation has. Someday the F-35 would be needed to maintain

air superiority. but not today. and maybe never.

Imagine an fully autonomous fighter. It will be able to out maneuver any manned craft, even the F35.

Of course we should be frightened of fully autonomous fighters, and of course we will have them too.
