some interesting ideas. Agree that parking will become less needed, but I see little reason that roads will become less congested. Indeed switching from public transport to self-driving will make it more congested, and allowing folks to multi-task their time in the car will also lower the barrier for transport.

we should see MORE traffic, not less.
