Sleep solidly for 4.5 hours each night. After that I am quite awake, and struggle to get back to sleep, and will usually keep re-awakening. I always take a short nap during the day.

you made an argument that splitting sleep into naps was inferior as you cannot go thru all phases of sleep. What do the health outcome studies say about folks that get 7 hour broken up, vs. those that get a continuous sleep.
