It is fair to call this an example of systematic racism even if the cops provided no evidence.

IF we have independently validated systematic racist behavior.

AND we have, but NOT (to my knowledge) when it comes to negligent death, indeed I think the evidence show that in this one area the police DONT show such racist behavior.

So this is a polite request for such evidence.

I agree with you, Medium is filled with folks who already "know" the answer to this question. Still that is exactly why THIS is the place to raise such a question.

So give my response 50-claps, and maybe someone will educate us all with some great pointers to studies that do and don't show this and that.

Maybe we can even have a CONSTRUCTIVE conversations.... (but of course I am often accused of being a wild optimist :-) )
