Oh I did misread her statement. yes, I would agree some Christians would at some level be offended if a Muslim proselytize, even it THEY would do the proselytizing.

But honestly I think America (Christians included) are more open to other religions in their midst than most other nations, and more open than the Islamic religion in practice.

There is a mosque one block from my house, and full on burka wearing folk walk down the street daily w/ little fear or reaction. I think Jews are even more open than Christians, but on whole Christians mostly seem middle of the road in this regard.
