Just $10B worth of aircraft flying to remove MORE heat than the CO2 produces.

WITH !!!NO!!! OTHER CHANGES.

So this is a plan that could work, where as the change the entire human operating model has not and will not work (in an appropriate time frame)

I am not saying to drop all other goals. but I am saying DONT be balanced. Get this researched, funded, and fully in the air YESTERDAY.

Then you can balance on all those other goals while we have time to do them.

When you have limited resources, DON'T spread them like peanut butter. Place them where they have most leverage!
