Michael, I am 57 and have a pretty high calcium CT scan score (UGH). So I am doing what I can to improve heart health.
I do 30-min peloton workouts... these get my heart up to 130-155 for much of the workout. Would you count this as a vigorous exercise... and thus aim for 75 minutes of this, or do you think I should be aiming for 150 minutes of this each week. Based on the studies you have seen?
