For reference I found the phrasing a bit confusing here, since the 50-100 mcg number is so far below the "quite typical" dose of 1000mcg. I thought perhaps this 50-100 number was the post absorbsion target, not the ingestion target.
But I looked at your prior posts, and the third one about B12 is the one referencing the study:

... in the study's conclusions they reference the 2.4mcg target so it is clear that the 50-100 daily target is an INGESTION target.
I presently take a 200mcg tablet daily. There is little evidence of toxicity at higher doses, so maybe that is ok?? The bottle's directions say 1 table a day. Any thoughts on this?
Also the bottle suggests possibly dissolving in mouth, and the studies conclusions said something inscrutable (to me) about saliva binding being valuable for something. Any understanding of this part?
