I am not qualified to assess validity of some, it seems there are some good points.

But your core thesis seems correct to me. Many writings that come out of the CRT movement are prema facia racist. And as one with a foot in both the left and the right in America it has caused a identity backlash as you describe. In that sense it really has caused back sliding in the progression toward a color-blind society.

I wonder if you can "clean up" your argument so the conclusion remains, but the challenges are avoided?
