But I read 1/2 of it. seems a safer way to get at what you want is to simply deny lobbiest's the right to pay into elections. Given each citizen $50 that they can give to any candidate they want for fund raising, and allow those same citizens to also contribute upto $200 more. or something like that....

now we don't care how many lobbyists know about the vote, since no one really cares what they think.

seems like such a simple solution to me... not sure what is wrong with it....
