Lindy, we do have a problem. Many live needlessly difficult lives.

Still I think the "more money" solution is not correct. Below is a pew research report showing the US median household income ($59K in 2016) is notably higher than in many countries. I agree healthcare is a problem we must fix.

But overall the structure of our society needs a shape that aims folks towards sustainable spending. $60K is good money if it is spent well, and $120K can be burnt away if spent poorly.
