Just a note. There are only 155 billionaires there, so if housing is becoming unaffordable it is because those billionaires are flowing so much money into the local market that it is driving up housing. It cant be those 155 themselves doing it by buying up property. There is not enough of them.

So no doubt housing is a real problem, just note it is a problem borne of the benefit of salaries paid.
