It is pretty long for medium. I wonder if it should be a series? Also you base much on the core of biologically driven attributes. Certainly there are many dramatic sex-linked differences, but mental ones often are less dramatic.

In a separate piece it would be interesting to understand just how pronounced the differences are at the biological level. e.g. could I see two normal distrbutions for the sexes on pain threshold and see the overlap vs. the separation. Is the difference small or large relative to the natural variation within each sex? (and the same for all of the identified differences)

if it is small it would call into question this kind of analysis. if it were large it would significantly bolster it.

Separate from that, I feel a popular-press blog/book/personality to carry your message could be a valuable thing. It seems we need such a role model in today's world.
