Indeed common sense.

I live in the heart of silicon valley cell towers everywhere. Still on occasion I do loose cell signal. when skiing. on many road trips.

I bet nearly every cell user OCCASIONALLY looses signal. Thus most users will have occasion to use this feature. and being w/o a connection is a hassle almost every time.

common sense right?
