I tried to follow your links, the ones on grains are behind a paywall... you should copy the key findings so we can read them.
whole grains seem protective enough that they save more than cause disease from toxins:

Still I am not trying to dismiss this issue out of hand, it does seem like its a thing to pay attention to. I would just love to have a better sense of the levels.
