I don't understand how this spin turbine would work. Water would flow only if the exit pipe where at the same distance from the center of the earth so the pipe was level, then the spin would have its effect on the water.

but the earth's spin is having that same effect on all water everywhere, so it will cause the sea level near the equator to be further from the earth's center. thus the exit of the pipe at sea level is effectively 'up hill' from the entrance also at sea level... thus water will not flow.

if you put the exit pipe below sea level you will need to pump it up to sea level, but that will use up all of your energy... so I dont understand how this can work
