I agree there will always be builders that include censored transactions even if 99% of the blocks don't have them.

Still, imagine if USG says to Coinbase and Lido, hey in you propose any blocks with transactions of type XXX, you will loose all access to USD transactions on any us controlled network.

You figure they are ready to take that hit, in order to maintain their profits?

Look at how instantaneously they outlaws any wallet that touched Tornado. It was total!

I don't see how the PBS split (while seeming like a good idea) is really going to fix this issue.
