I agree the energy requirements for moving who human bodies to other stars will be colossal.

Still a self replicating 3D printer and plans for a new civilization should fit into a gram of matter. So why can't we produce enough anti-matter to power the acceleration and deceleration of that gram?

Seems like anything that we can imagine today that one could do "in principle" we will centuries hence be able to do in practice. right?
