HERE IS THE EXPLANATION:

The narrative of the left is how the powerful dominate and oppress the weak.

The narrative of the right is how the dysfunctional leech off the efforts of productive members of society.

Both narratives have truth, but the sad reality is that no matter WHAT happens in the world, the left will explain how its the powerful oppressing that caused it. And the right will explain how it is the dysfunctional who are the cause.

Sadly our national discourse is entirely disconnected from facts of the case, ones position will already be known based on ones identity group.... the rationalization used will be the only thing changing.
