The big picture summary for me: As long as the intent of the person intervening truly is to help, we as a society should give pretty wide berth for their actions (even if they are wrong). Else folks wont intervene.

Obviously there is a point where its too much, but we need to keep a wide berth else in the moment people will be unsure, this thus not act.
