Good advice. Two areas where I wonder....

-1- I have several black belts with a pretty non-descript satin-silver polish square ring buckle. had it for YEARS. but really is that style changing? doesn't feel like it. BUT old farts (I am 56) can not notice these things.

(at day-care, a fellow parent teased me: Hey I have not seen a black leather jacket with that style since 2000. YEAH BUSTED. it was deep in the closet and I was in a hurry ;-[)

-2- untucked shirt. I live in San Fracisco and things are pretty casual... many wear a dress shirt untucked (over a wide range of ages... I think.)

I am not FAT. but I aint skinny either, and seeing a paunch hangin' over that belt to even a small degree seems worse to me. For me ONLY the rail skinny look good with a tuck---but admittedly they do look sharp.

So are you sure about this rule in 2021 on the west coast?
