Dr Joel,

It is so hard to get consensus summaries of best medical understanding to date. It is very frustrating.

You made a comment that there was not much evidence that vegan is healthier. Here is another doctor that would disagree with you.

I am not interested in bashing you or such. Really I just want to get to the bottom of it. When I watch that video it seems there is **HUGE** evidence that whole food plant based diet is MUCH healthier.

But is gregor cherry picking here? Is he mis-representing the truth in some way?

This is a genuine appeal to see if I can find some counter perspective on the evidence, from a trained professional. (especially on heart disease, America's number one killer).

What is your take is there strong evidence for whole-food-plant-based diet? (which is a kind of vegan diet)
