David, after getting a calsium CT scan with placing me in the 93rd percentile for my age, I jumped on maximal dose (80mg) of Atorvastin.

based on a theoretical issue w/ the drug would you consider dropping to 40mg, to see if ones LDL remained low?

I am convinced generally that I should be on a statin. Still I just when from 10mg to 80 just because of the scan. I wonder if I am on a needlessly high dose, and might experiment with lowering some??? your thoguhts???
