I agree 'near disaster' or 'string of close calls' would be more accurate. but by Medium standards this is hardly a foul ball.

I bet when the lights on the nuke started flashing, and they getting the manuals out to try to reset it. the word "terrifying" would be entirely accurate!

And I am sure issues with the fuel pump were not a matter of national security, they could have been published... but why give the USA a black eye. So hushing it was natural.

Anyway, on a scale from 1 to 10, this was a or 4 in terms of click bait.... just my opinion of course ;-)
