Clearly his only source is NOT the bible, since the city in not mentioned in the bible!
And you accuse him of glossing over other major groups in the city than just Greeks, Romans, and Jews.
That is plausible. It would not greatly affect the story, but still better to be accurate. But do you KNOW who lived in the city? By his account even Jews did not live in the city prior to it being sacked. The Romans were powerful and could decide who did what.
So do you have any actual knowledge to add here, or are you just speculating?
