A thought from the peanut gallery:

Sales Force's moat is its large customer base and its ecosystem of vertically integrated apps. That will remain strong as ChatGPT capabilities are added to that base. So from that perspective it seems safe.

For me the only question is if they ways that stake holders will want to interact with that data will be entirely transformed. e. g. no one ever wants to enter complex query parameters or configurations, but instead decoratively express intentions or such. Currently that is science fiction. It would be far too risky to let generative AI have the keys to that kingdom. to risky to express intention and trust results. But these are early days, so we will see how the tech evolves.
